What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We take pride in our low prices and our efficiency, getting every job done under budget and on time with our 5-10 day turn around promise on any job. PMJ Sales Representatives are well trained and educated, ready to answer all your question about material, quality and the full production process. Our knowledgeable sales staff is always ready to explain the step-by-step process to provide you with the confidence you need to trust us with your project!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our typical process with any new customer step by step. Step #1 Consultation, Step #2 Professional measurement with a 3Dlayout. Step #3 Production. Step #4 Installation or delivery. We have a 5-10 day turn around for countertops, and a 7-10 day turn around for cabinets. We are open 6 days a week. Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm slab viewings end at 4:00pm. Saturday by appointment only 9:00am- 1:00pm. Sunday we are closed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have one of the best installation crews working all different areas of Chicago daily. Our expert team members are highly trained and experienced, with stone being our specialty. We have extensive knowledge of the product and the tools necessary to complete any project. We have the latest technology for our measuring production. Our designers will help you and bring your design to life creating a 3D visual. We work with the latest software to give our customers the best of the best.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are a family own business. PMJ has been in business for over 10 years we specialize in Granite, Quartz and Quartzite. We are a local business located in Bedford Park Illinois.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with customers who are looking to make their home feel like home. We have a few contractors who are just doing a quick flip some own multiple rental units and are constantly doing renovation. We help them find the best price and the perfect materials to make the changes they need to give them the best results. We specialize in fireplace, laundry room, kitchens, bathrooms or any other surfaces that stone can be placed. We fabricate for Residential & Commercial Properties.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We welcome your business! No project is too big or too small for our team to handle! We love to communicate with our customers to meet their needs and deadlines. We received a phone call from a customer who wanted to surprise his wife, she was going to be out of town for a few days. I am very proud to say with his determination and our teams help we manage to complete the job with ease and perfection. It was a quick 4 day turn around.

Our advice to any customer is to do your research and communicate with the company you would like to hire for any of your projects.
